Introduces students to the basic postures and how to integrate them into a flow sequence, linking movement to breath. All levels.
This more dynamic class incorporates fluid movement with deep rhythmic breathing, while emphasizing core strength, flexibility, and concentration. Advanced beginners/Intermediate
Vigorous flow class incorporating a variety of advanced-level poses. Advanced students.
This class offers sequences of Yin and restorative poses. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice, resulting in deep release and increased flexibility. Restorative yoga uses props to support the body in passive stretching to restore and revitalize body and mind. All levels.

This class welcomes moms with infants to have a bit of quiet, reflective time. The class specifically focuses on strengthening the core and pelvic floor and fostering physical and emotional wellbeing. Participants also get to know each other and discuss common issues and concerns that may arise in this new chapter of life. Moms are welcome with or without their babies, anytime from early postpartum until babies are crawling. Please note: babies are not actual participants, but, rather, welcome into the space during class.
