Laurence King is a certified yoga teacher and draws from various styles of yoga, including Iyengar, Vinyasa, Asthanga, Yin, and Restorative. Her classes emphasize alignment, breath, and yogic philosophy. She works to create a safe and harmonious space for students to explore the physical, psychological, and spiritual benefits that yoga offers. Teaching brings together her love and understanding of dance and physical expression, and her knowledge of the subtleties of the energy system. Her dynamic and compassionate style inspires her students to see beyond their self-imposed limitations and open their minds to a higher awareness. Laurence leads yoga retreats internationally. She is also a certified Reiki and Reflexology practitioner, and a writer.

Take 1A South into Hamilton. Take a right into Ashbury Street, and an immediate right into the parking lot. The Community House is located on the other side of the street.


From 128 and South
Take exit 20A from 128 and follow 1A North into Hamilton center. The Community House is located on the left past the Blue Peacock at the corner of 1A and Ashbury Street. Take a left into the parking lot.


From Gloucester and East
Take 128 South to Exit 17. Take a right off the exit ramp on to Grapevine Road. Take a left on to Larch Row, then a right on to Walnut Road and follow into town. Take a right on to 1A/Bay Road. The Community House is located on the left past the Blue Peacock at the corner of 1A and Ashbury Street. Take a left into the parking lot.
